Lucky Star License

The Lucky Star license is issued by the Anjouan Gaming Authority, Union of Comoros, and it governs the permitted scope of Lucky Star’s online gambling service under that regulator’s rules. The licence was issued on 21 March 2024 and remains valid for one year, subject to renewal and ongoing compliance. The licensed jurisdiction is Anjouan, and the licence requires fair play controls, transparency measures, security of player data, and responsible gaming safeguards aligned with recognised international compliance expectations.

Waiver of Brand Ownership

Lucky Star is not the owner of companies licensed by the Anjouan Gaming Authority and does not manage those companies. The brand is used under the relevant company’s rights and permissions.

Lucky Star has no financial, managerial, or other controlling interest in those separately licensed companies. Lucky Star cannot influence operational decisions, management decisions, or compliance decisions taken by those companies. Lucky Star is not responsible for any action, omission, breach, or violation committed by such companies. Any complaint, claim, or regulatory query must be directed to the relevant company and, where applicable, the licensing authority.

License Verification System

A licence seal verification system lets you confirm the current licence status and check the authenticity of the licence details shown on Lucky Star. It supports transparency for players and partners.

The verification tool operates as a digital status check that references the regulator’s published licence information. All texts, images, seals, and related materials used for verification belong to the licensing authority or its authorised sources. These materials are protected by copyright and related rights. Any third party commercial use, republication, modification, or other unauthorised use is prohibited and may lead to penalties under applicable law.

Trademarks

Trademarks, logos, and other commercial identifiers shown on the Lucky Star site and apps are protected and remain the property of the relevant rights holder, which can include the licence holder and, where applicable, the regulator. Use of these identifiers is limited to authorised purposes.

Protection extends beyond domain names and registered marks to design elements, layouts, brand style assets, and other identifying features. Unauthorised use, copying, or imitation is prohibited and can create legal liability under applicable intellectual property and unfair competition rules.
